  • Review of existing plans, strategies and policies to ensure consistency between documents and the overarching goals and objectives,

  • Development and updates of official plans and zoning by-laws,

  • Processing amendments to Official Plans and Zoning By-laws, subdivision and condominium applications, minor variances and consent applications, as well as Deeming By-law and Site Plan Control Agreement applications,
